DIABETES CLINIC and NON COMMUNICABLE DISEASES CLINIC

Diabetes Coordinator, one Clinical officer and 2 Nurses assist in the
clinic, an. On Tuesday patients who have type 2 Diabetes are seen and
on Thursday patients who have type 1 and are on insulin. On other
days patients with hypertension and other non-communicable diseases
are seen.
We
are trying to have patients enroll in improved Community Health Fund
(iCHF) so that they can get their supplies to a certain extent.
